Adventure Go RV FAQs

  • What is included with my rental?
    The rental includes the use of the rv and all included items in the description. Individual items may vary, but the the listing will contain a complete list of items included in the rental. In general, all cookware, linens, and rv hookup equipment will be provided. Some units may include camping chairs, games, bbq grills, etc.
  • What will it cost to rent an rv?
    Rental fees will include a per day rental fee as well as the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 5-7 days of your return. As long as the rv is returned in the same condition it left and with no damage, there will be no additional fees. Additional fees will be applied if the unit is not full of fuel, is not clean, waste is not dumped, or if the rv is damaged.
  • What if I need to cancel or move my reservation?
    Reservations may be canceled within 30 days of your trip minus a $50 booking fee. Trips canceled less than 30 days prior will be refunded 50% of their booking fee and their deposit. Full payment will be required for any trips canceled within 7 days of your rental. If a shift in dates is needed, we will do our best to accommodate you. Shifts must be made at least 30 days in advance of your rental.
  • How do I rent an RV?
    Select the dates you are interested in and choose from the list of available RV’s. Confirm your dates by booking online and paying the rental fee. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your booking once it has been received. Pay the security deposit at least 7 days prior to departure.
  • What do I need to bring with me for my trip?
    All you need is your clothing and family. Food items are not provided. The rv should have everything else you need for a great trip!
  • Do I need a special license to drive an rv?
    You are not required to have a special license to drive an rv. A valid US divers license is required. All drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
  • What about insurance?
    The rv will be fully insured for your trip. You will not need to carry additional insurance. Please contact us if you encounter any issues on your trip that would require insurance.
  • What if I need help while on a trip?
    Please text or call Shain directly for any issues you experience on your trip. We are here to help.
  • How many passengers can I have?
    Each unit is different and will be limited to the number of passengers listed in the description. Each passenger must have access to a seatbelt.
  • What about fuel?
    The rv will be full of Premium fuel when picked up. Premium unleaded fuel is recommended and will provide better fuel milage as well as better engine performance on your trip. You will be responsible for fill-ups on your trip. Part of your vehicle return checklist is returning the vehicle with a full tank of premium unleaded fuel.
  • How do I return the RV?
    The rv will be returned in the same condition as it went out. A detailed checklist will be provided upon your departure. The following are basic guidelines: Fill the rv to full fuel levels Empty both grey and black water waste tanks (we have a waste station a few block from the return location). We can assist you with this upon return All dishes and cookware should be clean and back in its original locations All used towels and linens should be removed and placed in the shower All food items and trash should be removed from the rv. All surfaces should be wiped and clean upon return. Floors, windows, and windshield should be cleaned. Checklist should be marked and signed. All units are non smoking units. A $250 Smoking Fine will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit of any unit that has been smoked in.
